About the event
Deep in the confines between the Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges, there is a place that promotes and nurtures creativity. Darin Welch is a Singer/Songwriter from Kimberley BC who finds inspiration from the musings of Josh Ritter, Gregory Alan Isakov, vagabonds, and derelict buildings. Through his songs, he is constantly searching for a perfect message. Welch records out of his home-based studio - a 1962 vintage trailer “Canned Hamm Studio" and has shared intimate stages with the likes of Great Lake Swimmers, Wilderness of Manitoba, and Dave Gunning.
